2012 Redman Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Lifted scents of blackcurrant and black olive are intermixed with some subtle liquorice notes followed by cigar box and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses flavours of blackcurrant, liquorice and black olive interlaced with dusty cigar box and spice. Dryish finish with a firm structure and slightly austere grippy tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, black olives, cigar box and spice.
Cellar 6-8 years.
