2012 Principia Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and very pale straw watery hue. Aromas of fleshy white peach and citrus are intermixed with some cashew and biscuit followed by some toastiness and spice. Refined Burgundian like palate with a sense of creaminess building. Flavours of white peach, citrus and cashew are followed by subtley integrated toasty oak and spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of white peach, biscuity oak, cashew and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
