2012 Possingham & Summers Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of black olives and subtle liquorice are followed by some cedar and spice. The palate is much more forthcoming and generous than the nose delivering mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrants and dark cherries followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Soft velvety tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrants, black olive and spicy toasted cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
