2012 Peter Lehmann H&V Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Attractive blackcurrant top notes are followed by black olive, faint bay leaf, cedary cigar box characters and spice. Medium to full bodied and possessing excellent richness within a refined, structured Cabernet framework the palate features flavours of ripe blackcurrants over subtle black olives, cedar, cigar box and spice. Slightly dryish finish with solidly built but well integrated fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, black olive, cedary tobacco like characters, toast and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
