2012 Peninsula Panorama Cabernet Merlot

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with a dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits scents of ripe mulberries over a cedary background with some light tobacco leaf and spice characters also present. Medium weight the palate possesses generous ripe mulberry flavours with underlying cedary tobacco leaf like characters and some spice on the back palate. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins with an aftertaste of mulberry, spicy cedar and tobacco leaf.
