Bright straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Citrus and pear scents are followed by some subtle bees wax and mineral. Light and very dry but with nice textural qualities the palate has flavours of citrus, subtle bees wax and spice. Clean finish with an aftertaste of pear, bees wax and spice.
