2012 Patrick Piuze Terroir de Chichee Chablis

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a very faint tinge of green on the edges and watery hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe pear, citrus and some light cashew with some wet stone end notes. Elegantly weighted and textured the palate provides a delicate flavour profile of pear and citrus over some cashew and light mineral on the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of pear, cashew and a touch of citrusy minerality.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
