2012 Patrick Piuze Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. Pear and citrus notes are followed by traces of wet stone and mineral. Light across the palate and with a crisp crunchy acid finish the palate has delicate flavours of pear and citrus with some slate and mineral also present. Aftertaste of citrus, pear and stony mineral.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
