Brilliant straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and citrus are overlaid by toasty honey like characters with some lemon butter and spicy kerosene notes also evident. Fresh lemon and lime flavours are to the fore with some honeyed characters, light toast and kerosene nuances then moving in. Nicely textured with vibrant acidity on the dry finish. Long lemon, lime, subtle honey and toasty kerosene aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 10.5%

Other Reviews…
Don't put this in the cellar, under the stairs or anywhere else other than in a glass. It's ready now revealing a raft of gorgeous aged characters from lime marmalade on buttered toast to lemon semolina cake. Fine acidity and great length.
