2012 Paracombe Holland Creek Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Delicate scents of lemon, green apple and lime emanate from the glass followed by traces of mineral. Mouthwatering lime and lemon flavours dominate the palate followed by a touch of green apple with a slatey mineral infused acid backbone. Clean crisp lively finish. Long lime, lemon and slatey mineral aftertaste.
