2012 Olivia Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 2 years in new Troncais oak. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe blackcurrants with overtones of violets blossom from the glass followed by hints of liquorice, cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied with plump joosy richness the palate boasts flavours of ripe blackcurrants and dark cherries over some cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants, dark cherries and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
