Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose exhibits excellent intensity with herbaceous gooseberry scents intermixed with some passionfruit followed by some citrus and grassy asparagus like end notes. The palate follows on from the nose with herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit flavours followed by some citrus and a touch of green apple. Clean crisp zesty acid finish. Long passionfruit, gooseberry and citrusy green apple aftertaste.
