2012 Mollydooker The Maitre D Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with deep dark purple red hue. The nose is a little subdued with youthful ripe mulberry and dark cherry aromas emerging over a back drop of cedar and spice. Bursting with fruit ripe blackcurrant, dark mulberries and dark cherries overlay a back palate of cedar and spice. Very fine grained yet solid tannins with medium to long blackcurrant, dark mulberry, cedar and spice aftertaste.
