2012 Mollydooker Gigglepot Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb colour saturation displaying an inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Nosing reveals ripe blackcurrant top notes followed by black cherry and liquorice nuances which are underpinned by some cedar and spice. Full bodied and densely concentrated this super rich Cabernet is filled with ripe blackcurrant cassis like flavours alongside some black cherry and liquorice followed by some cedar and spice on the back palate. Big opulent texture with solid but velvet like tannins. Long aftertaste of spicy cassis, black cherry and cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
