Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of zesty lemon, lime and green apple followed by some minerality. Light across the palate with flavours of lemon, lime and mineral infused green apple. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
