Awesome value for Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay of this quality.

Matured for 14 months in French barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. On the nose lifted white peach aromas are intermixed with cashew, subtle honeycomb and nougat with spicy end notes. Medium weight, moderately creamy and possessing good freshness towards the finish the palate has flavours of white peaches, cashew, dried honey, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long white peach, dried honey, light cashew, nougat and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc 13.5%

Other Reviews…
Grown at Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. It smells and tastes seductive from the first sip. Oak, citrus and nectarine flavours but it's more characterised by its poise, its balance, its effortless flow of varietal flavour. Chalky grip to the finish completes an entirely positive impression. Drink by 2019.
