This zero dosage Champagne has been made in collaboration with artist Phillipe Starck.
Pours with a satiny white mousse that hold well over a straw/pale gold coloured base that has a fine racy bead flowing through it. Pronounced yeast lees, oily toast and baked bread aromatics intermingle with hints of dried honey, citrus and cashew. Rich yet very focused with a dry sculptured finish, the palate features pear, oily toast, yeast lees and baked bread flavours which interact with citrus and roasted almond elements. Vivid acidity leads into a long tightly knit aftertaste.
