2012 Leconfield Coonawarra Merlot

Very deep dark crimson red black colour with bright crimson red hue. On the nose mulberry top notes are followed by some cedar, light tobacco leaf and a hint of bay leaf. Medium bodied the palate presents an elegant profile of mulberry, dark cherries, earthy cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, cedar, subtle earth and spice.
