Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge on the outskirts and watery hue. The nose presents aromas of cashew and delicate white peach followed by some toasty oak and spice. Medium weight with good textural qualities the palate possesses an elegant flavour profile of white peach, subtle cashew and light spicy biscuity oak. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew, biscuit and spice.
