Made from Cortese grapes. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays ripe apple and lime scents followed by some dried honey and dried herb notes. Light and very dry the palate has flavours of red apple, light honeysuckle and dried herbs. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of dried apple, dried herbs and some subtle nuttiness.
