Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Lifted lemon and lime notes are followed by some crisp granny smith apple and flinty mineral. On the palate lemon and lime flavours are supported by a crisp steely acid structure and mineral infused finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, steely mineral and lime.
