Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays intense herbaceous gooseberry top notes with a grassy overlay followed by some citrus and asparagus. Mouthfilling palate flavours of herbaceous ripe gooseberry, citrus, dried herbs and asparagus. Clean crisp dry finish. Good mouthfeel with long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and asparagus.
