2012 Howard Vineyard Amos The Cabernets

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Perfumed ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry and dark chocolate aromas are followed by some cedar and spice. Rich and concentrated within a medium bodied framework the palate features mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackcurrants and dark chocolate over a background of vanillin cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins add further appeal to the supple nature of the palate. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants, dark chocolate and spicy vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
