2012 Hill Smith Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose gooseberry and citrus notes are overlaid by some herbaceous grassy characters followed by a hint of spicy herbs. Clean crisp palate flavours of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and gooseberry with a touch of spicy dried herbs on the back palate. Good intensity with a clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberry, citrus and dried herbs.
