Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose shows excellent intensity with ripe dark plum and blackcurrant aromas to the fore followed by some subtle dark chocolate, liquorice, incense and spicy cedar. Medium weighted, yet rich and generously textured across the palate, mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants and subtle liquorice are followed by a touch of meatiness and vanillin cedar. Soft velvety texture and perfectly integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice, subtle meatiness and spicy vanillin cedar.
Cellar 6-8 years.
Alc 14%

Other Reviews....
A magic combination of a cascade of black and red fruit flavours with supreme elegance and balance, the complex blend of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot and cabernet franc at once fused yet synergistic. The best Euphonium yet. Drink by 2035.
