2012 Haystack Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lifted aromas of fleshy white peach over some citrus, cashew and faint nougat nuances. Medium weight with an elegant creamy mouthfeel the palate has good richness with flavours of white peach intermeshed with some cashew, light nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of white peach, cashew, nougat and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
