2012 Gundog Estate Hunters Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with light greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of citrus, green apple and lime with a hint of mineral as an end note. Crisp, refreshing and with good steely acid structure the palate has flavours of lemon, lime and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
