2012 Grosset Clare Valley Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of estate-grown Clare Semillon (70%) and single site Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc (30%). Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. The nose displays attractive gooseberry, lime, green apple and citrus aromas. Vibrant palate flavours of lime, citrus and green apple with a clean crisp minerally infused finish. Good mouthfeel and length with long lime, citrus, green apple and mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2012-2014).
