2012 Gibson Isabelle Cabernet Merlot

Opaque black dark crimson red colour with a very dark crimson black tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry are overlaid by some mint with trailing cedar and spice notes. Medium weight the palate has an elegant mouthfeel delivering flavours of blackcurrant infused with mint followed by some cedar and light spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, mint and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
