2012 Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Merlot

Near opaque deep dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson hue. Sniffing gives up aromas of mulberry, tobacco leaf, cedar and spice. Elegantly weighted and structured the palate delivers a flavour profile of ripe mulberry, tobacco, cedar and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained ever so slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, tobacco and spicy cedar.
