Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is filled with ripe lime and lemon scents followed by some orange rind and mineral. Zesty lemon and lime flavours dominate the palate with a crisp mineral infused finish. Good steely acidity with aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
