2012 Domaine Billaud-Simon Chablis Tete d'Or

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose opens with some pear and citrus aromas over some cashew and finishes with a stony minerality. Light weight the palate features delicate pear and citrus flavours interlaced with some cashew and stony mineral characters. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity. Aftertaste of delicate pear, citrus and stony mineral.
