2012 Dog Point Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe peaches are intermixed with some dried honey and roasted almond characters followed by biscuit and spice end notes. Medium bodied, relatively creamy in texture and with a fresh finish the palate features mouthfilling white peach flavours alongside some ripe pear which overlay a background of dried honey, cashew, biscuit and spice. Clean dry finish. Excellent depth with a long conclusion of white peach, dried honey, cashew, biscuit and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
