2012 Dodgy Bros. Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot

Opaque inky black crimson colour with a dark crimson black tinged hue. The nose exhibits lifted blackcurrant and violet aromas overlaid by a hint of bay leaf with some cedar and spice in the background. Medium bodied the palate marries good richness with an elegant mouthfeel possessing flavours of ripe blackcurrants and dark cherries over some cedary tobacco like characters, light earth and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins provide a good framework. Long ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco, light earth and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
