2012 Darling Park Sargeant Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of fleshy white peach are intermixed with some ripe pear and cashew followed by some nougat and light citrus. Light to medium bodied the palate has a moderately creamy texture and finishes dry with flavours of white peach and apricot followed by some nougat with a nutty cashew finish. Good balanced acidity with an aftertaste of cashew, nougat and spice.
Cellar 2-3 years.
