2012 Dandelion Vineyards Twilight of the Adelaide Hills Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a tinge of green around the edges and watery hue. The nose offers up scents of nectarine, white peach and citrus as top notes followed by some minerally wet stone characters. On the palate nectarine and subtle white peach intermix followed by some nutty cashew and mineral finishing clean, crisp and very dry. Aftertaste of delicate white peach, citrus, subtle nutty cashew and mineral. Quite Chablis like.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
