Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. On the nose citrus and herbaceous gooseberry scents are to the fore with a grassy overlay followed by a touch of green apple. The palate possesses excellent intensity and zesty acidity with flavours of ripe gooseberry, citrus and some passionfruit finishing with some herbaceous grassy characters on the back palate. Clean crisp acid finish. Long gooseberry, passionfruit and herbaceous grassy citrus aftertaste.
