2012 Chrismont Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a very faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. Nosing reveals lime and floral top notes followed by a touch of red apple, honeysuckle and some citrus. On the palate lime and ripe apple flavours are followed by some citrus with a crisp steely finish. Aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus and steely mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
