2012 Catalina Sounds Pinot Gris

Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose exhibits top notes of ripe pear and ripe apple followed by a touch of spicy musk and some citrus. Mouthfilling palate flavours of ripe pear and apple are followed by some musk and a trace of cinnamon spice. Clean medium dry finish with aftertaste of ripe pear, apple and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
