2012 Castello Della Sala Bramito del Cerro Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose shows good aromatic intensity with lifted scents of peach and dried honey overlaid by some biscuity oak with cashew and light spicy nougat following. Light to medium body weight with good richness the palate expresses flavours of cashew and peach followed by some biscuity oak, light toast and spice. Clean dry finish with an elegant creamy mouthfeel. Medium to long aftertaste of cashew, biscuity oak, light toast and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
