2012 Castelli Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Zesty lime and lemon top notes dominate the nose followed by a touch of crunchy green apple and steely mineral. Snappy lemon and lime flavours are supported by a steely mineral driven dry finish. Clean crisp acidity showing excellent structure with long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years (2018-2019).
