2012 Cannibal Creek Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a light tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays white peach top notes followed by some subtle dried honey characters, cashew and spicy nougat. Medium weight the palate has flavours of peach and subtle nectarine over some cashew, dried honey, nougat and spice. Clean dry finish. Slightly creamy in texture. Long aftertaste of white peach, dried honey, nougat, cashew and delicate spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
