2012 Black Jack Shiraz

Opaque dark red black colour with a bright crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe dark plum and liquorice overlay subtle vanillin cedar and spice. Medium weight the palate has generous dark plum and ripe dark cherry flavours followed by a touch of liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar. Relatively soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark ripe plums, liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
