2012 Betty & Max Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red black tinged hue. Distinctive liquorice top notes are followed by some black cherries, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Medium to full bodied with good richness the palate features liquorice and black cherry flavours followed by some toasty oak and spice. Meaty mouthfeel with solid dryish tannin structure. Aftertaste of liquorice, black cherries, dried meats and spicy toasted oak.
