2012 Bertani Sereole Soave

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Floral aromas intermix with some ripe pear and apple followed by light citrus end notes. Light to medium weight the palate has a well rounded textural feel with flavours of pear and apple overlaid by some subtle dried straw like characters with a spicy dry finish. Good lively acidity with an aftertaste of pear, dried straw and spice.
