‘The Blend’ is made up of 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Nosing reveals an aromatic profile of blackcurrants and liquorice overlaid by some mint with underlying cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses rich blackcurrant and subtle liquorice flavours infused with choc mint over a background of earthy cedar and light spice. Dryish finish with solidly built but fine grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, choc mint and spicy cedar.

Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, choc mint and spicy cedar.
