2012 Astrolabe Province Sauvignon Blanc

A powerful and intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc.
Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. Showing great intensity ripe passionfruit and gooseberry scents bound out of the glass followed by some grassy asparagus like characters and citrus. Superb concentration and textural mouthfeel with flavours of ripe gooseberry, passionfruit, some herbaceous characters and citrus flooding the palate. Clean crisp finish with long persistent aftertaste of herbaceous ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus.
