2012 Ampel Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. On the nose herbaceous grassy and gooseberry scents are followed by some citrus and fresh asparagus end notes. The palate possesses good flavour intensity with ripe gooseberry intermixed with some grassy characters, citrus and light asparagus. Clean crisp dry finish with medium to long grassy gooseberry, citrus and asparagus aftertaste.
