2012 3 Drops Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. On the nose lemon and lime scents are to the fore followed by some green apple with minerally end notes. Crisp and zesty the palate is dominated by lemon and lime aromas followed by a touch of orange rind with a refreshingly dry steely mineral finish. Good acid structure with medium to long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
