2011 Yalumba The Y Series Shiraz

Opaque deep dark purple red colour with dark purple hue. Aromas of dark cherries, dark plum, light toasty oak and spice. Medium weight the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries, a hint of liquorice, dark plum and toasty oak. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries and spicy toasted oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
